A little tidbit on pre approving for a home loan. Most lenders will require you to bring in 2 months of your check stubs, bank statements, and last two years of your tax returns. Those are the minimums and some lenders may ask for additional items. But I will tell you that once you are pre approved and you do have that letter in your hand that says you are good to go, you will have so much confidence and fun when looking for homes because you will know that you can actually purchase that dream home you are looking for once you find it.
