Seller tips for you regarding the pricing of your home. There are many variables that go into pricing the home such as location, age, square footage just to name a few. A strong sales comparison of recent sales in and around your neighborhood is a great place to start and a good indicator of price. You can also have an appraisal done but I find that as long as your sales comps are correct the responsibility will fall on the buyer anyway due to their lender requirement so I would not go out and have one done. But, an appraisal will give you an almost exact price of your home so I would not say it is a bad thing. Let me know if you have any questions.
