Thought this was an interesting snapshot from inman News of what's going on with the California foreclosure scene. Some really good trends and percentages to ponder. Are we on the decline? Are we in a lull? Our trends have been somewhat different but if this is an indicator of things to come then maybe there's some light at the end of the tunnel for homeowners and our overall market.
