This article pertains to the overall California Real Estate market but I thought it was good because there are trends happening that I think you should be aware of. And, those trends will affect our market. I always try to be realistic in my approach to what I post and this is no exception. My hope is that it will make you better informed Real Estate aficionados (Spanish for expert) who will be able to make smart decisions when you decide it is time to make them. We hear a lot about a double dip in the market meaning another major depreciation of property values and this article gives a very good idea of what is happening.
