No I didn't forget about you sellers. If you have been following me on twitter (www.twitter.com/bksfdrealestate)or on my blog (www.bakersfieldre.blogspot.com) you know I am on step 5 of seller tips. I am sorry that it is a little late in coming but I felt that there was some very important information that would be useful to you and I wanted to make sure to post it. After all, I want you to be Real Estate aficionados (Spanish for expert) remember? Those of you who would like to view the first four steps can go to the blogs archive and view them. Step 5 is all about the selling of your home and the mindset you might need to take when an offer is presented and also a few things you should consider and keep in mind along the way. The bottom line is be realistic and open minded. I find that this leads to a much better and smoother transaction.
